Bookings are non-refundable. The cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of the facility. Please note that facility may delay bookings by 5 minutes. Alcohol, smoking, vaping is prohibited on the facility’s grounds. All foods or drinks are not allowed on ground. Please note that a maximum of 6 people is allowed on the court at one time. Only indoor shoes are permitted inside the facility.

Waiver

I understand that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. I hereby release and discharge SPORTAL BOOKINGS INC, the sports facility, its owners, staff, and partners from all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and will follow all facility rules. I understand this waiver is legally binding.
